So riding home i get a code 46 on my 2005 r6 and check engine light code 46 means that there is a power supply issue, and bike will not start

I did some googling on my iphone and it looks like an electrical problem possibly battery? So i "pop" start it and get it home wire from starter solenoid that powers the bikes electrical system service manual says code 46 is "power supply to Fuel injection system relay is not normal"
